Catherine provides comprehensive psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults ages six and older. She treats a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and life stressors, with a warm and collaborative approach tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Catherine has particular expertise in intravenous (IV) ketamine therapy and works closely with individuals facing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and other complex psychiatric concerns. She is passionate about expanding access to innovative treatments and helping patients find hope when traditional approaches have fallen short.
She also has a special interest in athlete mental health and performance, helping athletes manage performance anxiety, improve focus and confidence, and build resilience both in competition and everyday life.

Known for her compassionate and patient-centered style, Catherine strives to create a supportive environment where patients and families feel comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Elaine is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a Diploma in Office Management, majoring in Medical Transcription. She is dedicated to providing efficient administrative support and ensuring a smooth experience for patients and providers.

Elaine can assist with appointment scheduling, prior authorization requests, prescription refill requests, billing inquiries, insurance-related concerns, and a variety of other administrative needs. She is committed to delivering timely, and compassionate support to help ensure every patient receives the care and assistance they need.
